We have not yet documented this town's living legend.
In the late 18th century wheat, vines and olives stood out; in the mid-19th century “the wines of Biar were highly prized”, and in 1908 it still produced wine and aguardiente. The municipal heritage catalogue protects the Aynat house and bodega.
